NextGen NP-F 9800 Series is specifically designed for custom coatings. NP-F 9800CC series is normally applied in the temperature range of 200°C to 240°C up to 500 microns as a stand-alone anti-corrosion coating.

It is applied to preheated small parts as a dry powder, which melts and cures to a uniform protective coating. NP-F 9800CC series has very good edge coverage for small items and provides a uniform film thickness. Advanced manufacturing techniques enable the NP-F 9800CC series to be customized project-wise. It can be applied in a wide range of film thicknesses to various bends, spools, fitting, etc.
