National Paints PS2000 Series is an Architectural Super Durable Powder Coating that ensures outstanding weathering performance and excellent resistance to the damaging effects of UV light. It is developed to satisfy the requirements of exterior durability with attractive decorative finishes combined with optimum protective properties. PS2000 series offers excellent gloss retention and resistance to color change properties.
The PS2000 Series is available in selected RAL Colors; other colors can be available upon technical assessment. The NP PS2000 Series is available in the following categories.

- PS2006 (Semi-glossy ) – 65 (+/-) 7
- PS2003 (Matt Finish) – 35 (+/-) 7

- Particle size : Suitable for electrostatic spraying
- Specific gravity : 1.20 – 1.60
- Curing schedule : 200 ˚C / 10Min & 180 ˚C / 15Min (metal temp.)
- Storage : Dry ventilation conditions below 33˚C
- Shelf life : 12months
APPLICATION AREA:
PS2000 Series is recommended for Exterior applications. It’s available in selective colours. Typical application areas are the Aluminum Industry, Air Conditioner Cabinets, Architectural Items, etc.
